Here are some brief profiles about our staff team and what they do.

Sam Milligan - Development Director
Sam is our Development Director, and as such is the head of the organisation. He represents JAC at many local council committees and of course is on the front line with the detached youth work.
Sam and his wife Yvonne are the founders of JAC and are still very much involved in every aspect of the charity. Sam and Yvonne recently celebrated their 30th Wedding Anniversary, have 3 children and 3 grandchildren.

Yvonne Milligan - Operations Manager
Although Yvonne, together with Sam, is largely responsible for fundraising and the efficient running of the charity , she also gets involved with detached work, school small groups and one-to-one mentoring. As a qualified archery teacher, she enjoys running group archery sessions.

Sue Stevenson - Office Manager 
Sue is our newest member of staff having started with JAC in September of 2009. Sue worked in administration and IT until six years ago when she decided on a career change and trained as a Fitness Instructor. Sue is responsible for the day to day running of the office. She also enjoys helping with school small groups and is on the Crowthorne detached team.

Trudi Eisner - Team Leader Woodley and Young People's Co-ordinator (Stables) Trudi is Team Leader for Woodley - managing the detached youth work teams, and mentoring young people. Trudi also works with Naomi at the JAC stables in Arborfield where she co-ordinates the work with young people. Trudi is married and is expecting her first baby in January 2012. |
David Powell - Earley Development Worker
David was a longstanding volunteer with JAC until he joined the JAC staff heading up the work in Earley. Working alongside Wokingham District Council he co-ordinates the joint detached work. David is well known and respected by the young people of Earley working with them on streets, in schools and mentoring. David is married with two children.

Adelle Milligan - Youth Worker
As a qualified Youth Worker, Adelle is involved in detached work, schools work and mentoring. She also takes small groups after school on a Tuesday and Wednesday. On Tuesday afternoons, Adelle can be found at Ambleside where she runs a Mums and Toddlers session. Adelle is mum to Sam and Yvonnes' three grandchildren.

Naomi Milligan - Equine Co-ordinator

Naomi is kept busy at the JAC Stables in Arborfield not just with the horses but with the many students who visit. Equine Assisted Learning sessions are run for small groups and individuals six days a week, Naomi also runs short stable management courses for accreditation and the NVQ in Horse Care programme. Naomi is qualified in NVQ3 in Horse Care with Riding and holds her PTT (teaching qualification). She is currently studying for her NVQ3 in Team Leading. Naomi works closely with Trudi - our Young People's Co-ordinator for the stables.
